Shipping Policy
We deliver site supplies across the UAE from our Dubai DIP-1 location. Rates and timing are confirmed at checkout or on your quote — we do not publish fixed carrier SLAs.
Where we deliver
Orders are fulfilled from Arenco Building 4, DIP-1, Dubai. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery outside the UAE is by arrangement only.
Rates and timing
Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows depend on location, order size, and whether the goods are in stock. Online checkout will show applicable rates where configured.
For quote-only or bulk orders, delivery is agreed on the quotation.
Collection
Where agreed, goods may be collected from our DIP-1 premises during business hours. Please confirm before travelling.
Delays
We will tell you if fulfilment is delayed by stock or logistics. We do not guarantee third-party carrier timescales.
